What is your overall vision for 2020?

2020 is just around the corner! It may seem typical, but a new year is really a great time to start fresh.

The holidays are over so you’ve had plenty of time to eat a bunch of delicious food. Many people don’t go to the gym as often during the holiday season so you’re feeling guilty and your pants are feeling tight so it’s about time to do something about it.

You’ve overspent, drank too much, spent plenty of time with family, had time off, friends, fun, gifts, etc. and now you’re hopefully so filled up that you are ready to get back to achieving your goals.

And even if your holiday was nothing like that, there is plenty of “New Year, New You” advertisements and memes everywhere to help keep you motivated.

Are you ready?

Many people make the same goals and resolutions year after year, only to get the same results.

This year, try something different! Dig a little deeper and see if you can figure out what’s holding you back and finally achieve the goals on your list.

Answer these questions and hopefully they will bring you some clarity and help you figure out what you really want deep down, instead of just surface level goals. What is holding you back from achieving your goals and what do you really want in the first place? You might say year after year that you want to lose weight, but maybe what you are really desiring is to be accepted by those around you?

Happy New Year!

Where do I want your life to be by the end of the year? How do I want my life to be different?

What unshakable desire is on my heart?

What are some of the frustrations I have about my life now?

What mistakes have I made in the past when trying to achieve this goal? How could I have done things differently in the past?

One bad habit I want to change is…. I will replace it with……

When I am tempted to go back to my old ways I will….

Something different I want to do this year is…

What am I willing to give up to achieve my goal?
