If you’re throwing a party you usually only need the supplies for a few hours so it’s kinda silly to pay a whole lot for really nice decorations that you’re gonna throw away right after.

Some items are cheaper and a better value at the grocery store, so just make sure not to go too crazy on canned tuna or beans if the grocery store is selling it for less than a dollar. However, there are plenty of really good deals on quality items.
Also, be a bit weary of off brands, you might think your getting more for your money but not all brands are created equal. Look at the ingredients before you buy and sometimes it’s best to pay for for better quality food.
